With new homes now using a lot more specialist sub-contractors to carry out all the details that go in to a new home, we strive to keep ahead of the other sub-contractors working on a home & keep in close contact with the main contractor & owner. Because we have both electricians & plumbers, our clients find it an advantage to use our skills for both trades on their new homes, as there is only the one contact required for the two trades, & our electricians & plumbers work in together to get the best result.

team*mr.walker recently completed work on 133 new homes for a developer/ building company in Gulf Harbour, Whangaparaoa, H.B.C. We also completed over 330 new homes throughout Auckland, from Weymouth to Orewa, for an investment/ excutive housing company. We are proud to have participated in over 300 other new homes to date for clients throughout Auckland, from Pukekohe to Waipu.
