We are available 24/7 for afterhours work throughout Auckland due to our team who live throughout the Auckland area and allow us to cover all areas efficiently. We have been trading for over 22 years (since 1991).

We specialise in Property Management work for Property Managers. We appreciate that you’re busy. Our system is easy:
- Email/fax or phone order through
- We contact the tenant straight away to let them know we have their job (stops them bugging you!) and we arrange a suitable time for access
- All our tradesmen know to advise when on site if the cost of the job is going to go over a max $.
- All our tradesmen know NOT to do any work outside jobs request
- Invoicing on a daily basis (posted or emailed)
- Invoicing has full address/tenant details with full descriptions of what the job was
- 24/7 day service answered by a team member
- Discounted/special rates for all our Property Managers
We have been trading since 1991 & cover the entire Auckland region, based from Albany with our Electrical & Plumbing team members living throughout Auckland.
All our team members work for us on wages, have sign-written vans & uniforms to identify themselves to your clients/ tenants & have ‘Site Safe’ registration/ I.D. as does our Company.
We DO NOT charge a ‘service call’ for our Property Management work, we charge by the hour only.
Our point of differences are that we have both Registered Electricians & Registered Craftsmen (Certified) Plumbers, contactable via the one contact number, & we offer a true 24/7, 365 day callout service, with contact via our cell number to one of our team.
